Behind every polished stall in Brightcrown's Rebuilt Market is someone who actually carried the goods there — and in the Market Ward, that's usually Borgrim Stoutback. A former miner turned freight porter, he's hauled everything from rebuilding timber to a merchant's most carefully hidden cargo, and he notices more about what moves through the ward than almost anyone gives him credit for. For DMs, he's a grounded, working-class window into the ward's underside.

Appearance: Borgrim is built low and wide, forearms like tree trunks and hands permanently calloused from rope, crate edges, and hauling straps. His beard is braided back and tied off with cord so it can't catch on anything, and his shoulders carry a permanent slight stoop from decades under a loaded yoke. A wide leather harness, worn smooth and dark with sweat, rides across his chest and back whether he's working or not. He moves like someone who's calculated the exact weight of everything in a room out of habit, because he has.
