Farrow Stagewright - Playwright of the Artisans' Ward
Meet Farrow Stagewright, the half-elf playwright who runs the Artisans' Ward's Lantern Stage on wit and stubbornness -- a witty, grounded NPC for gossip, theater drama, and Brightcrown's cultural pulse.
"Give me four walls, six players, and one good line, and I'll make Brightcrown forget the price of bread for an hour. That's not nothing."
Past the sculptors' yards and the luthier's shopfront, the Artisans' Ward's theaters light their lanterns every evening without fail — and more nights than not, whatever's playing behind the curtain was written, cast, and half-directed by the same restless half-elf who can't walk past an argument in the street without stealing the best line for later.

Appearance: Farrow is lean and animated, with the faintly pointed ears and ageless features of his elven blood softened by a very human tendency to gesture wildly when excited. His dark hair is perpetually mussed from running his hands through it while pacing out a scene, and his clothes — good once, now ink-stained and patched at the elbows — suggest a man who spends his coin on productions rather than tailors. He carries a battered leather satchel stuffed with half-finished scripts, and rarely sits still long enough to be sketched, let alone painted.
