Centuries after the creation of the Clovis Concord, Tussoa has developed into a respectable city. The central district where the city's two main streets intersect is characterized by modern and larger structures, as well as busy streets. However, the outer regions are still dominated by simple homes made of river reeds and straw.

Compared to other coastal cities, Tussoa has a more laid-back way of life. Its people prefer to live simply, free from the burdens of business or politics. Nevertheless, they continue to grapple with cultural identity issues. The primary problems faced by Tussoa are the daily threats posed by the natural world to this frontier city.

This bustling fishing city is shaped like a large "V," with two main roads meeting at the northeast edge and numerous smaller roads connecting them. Pulum Road is the northern road, and most of the city's shops, inns, and storage houses are located on the road's eastern side. Neighborhoods of simple shacks are interspersed with them. Vaigvasa Road runs along the Tyodan River's edge, with more homes and businesses located in the inner regions, while fishing huts and river logging stations line the southern, outer side. The two roads converge at Lotoe Plaza, which houses the Olo, a repurposed temple of Uk'otoa that now serves as the marquis's court.

The two competing Majest and Regver timber guilds are the primary lumber suppliers to Port Damali. They work along the Copia Wildwood, shipping their logs down the Tyodan River to their mills in the port. They usually hire guards to protect their goods. Since the prime logging sites of the forest are fiercely contested and not supervised by the Zhelezo, both guilds employ mercenaries to protect their work and clear out nearby monsters lurking in the woods.
