Brinya — Night Watch Dispatcher
“Breathe. Bell one: hold. Bell two: move. Bell three: meet me in the light.”
Name: Brinya
Race: Tiefling
Role: : Night Watch Dispatcher
Appearance: Brinya is tall and spare, with storm-violet skin and ivory horns sweeping back like wind-polished antlers. A white frost-scar traces from left temple to jaw, and her eyes are a calm, lamp-amber without visible pupils. She wears a dark wool dispatch coat over studded winter leathers, a hood trimmed in pale fur, and fingerless signal-gloves with brass thread at the fingertips. A coil of bell-cord hangs at her hip beside a whistle and a lacquered baton; a sling satchel carries ledgers, route tiles, and sealed night passes. In snowlight, her breath roils and the hems of her coat glitter with rime.

Backstory
Raised among dock wardens in Brightcrown, Brinya learned early that the right voice at the right moment saves lives. She came to Frosthold after a winter stampede took three souls in the dark between lamps; the town needed someone to orchestrate nights like a score. With Vedra Thrice-Bell, she mapped the “warm-corridor” lamplight chain, set bell codes across the Clocktower, and built a dispatch room near the Market Square where every shift begins and ends. From there she routes patrols to the Lakeshore Watchtower, paces Kethra’s courier runs under blizzard clocks, and flips the town from panic to procedure when the Rimewake Channel opens or a fight sparks on the Frozen Quay. She keeps immaculate ledgers and a short list of names she never wants to add to the wall at dawn.
