"King" Bork the Fatfist - The Hill Giant
A self-crowned “king” has taken over a cluster of farming villages. Bork, a grotesquely bloated hill giant with a crown made from a dented iron cauldron, now rules from a half-destroyed barn surrounded by shattered furniture, terrified peasants, and mountains of food-stained bones.
Role in Its Society:
Bork is a tyrant-chieftain of a hill giant gang called the Fatfist Glut, a band of equally dim-witted giants, ogres, and bugbears who view him as their gluttonous idol. In typical hill giant fashion, Bork rose to “leadership” simply by being the biggest, loudest, and hungriest.
Appearance Description:
Bork is massive, even by hill giant standards, with a round, distended belly covered in layers of greasy animal hide and stolen curtains used as robes. His tangled brown hair is matted with twigs and gravy, and his facial hair has been braided with bones and chicken legs. His crown—a blackened cooking pot—sits lopsided on his head. He drags a battered wooden beam as a greatclub, stained from smashing livestock, doors, and occasionally his own allies.

Backstory:
Bork was once part of a wandering hill giant trio known for raiding sheep herds and eating entire orchards. After accidentally sitting on his older brother and “winning” a leadership challenge, Bork declared himself royalty and wandered into a village, proclaiming it his new kingdom. Surprisingly, a few terrified peasants survived long enough to reinforce his delusion—baking pies and singing “royal songs” to stay off the menu. Now he believes he is destined to rule the world, one broken barn at a time.
