Appearance: Parithan is tall and willowy, his body composed of flesh entwined with living wood. Moss spreads across his shoulders like a royal mantle, and tiny blossoms bloom from his silver-threaded hair. His crown is a living rack of antlers from which vines sway gently regardless of wind. His robes are layered with green and bronze silk, laced with roots that shift subtly as he moves. His eyes are a deep bark-brown, ancient and impassive, like tree rings hiding centuries.
Backstory
Parithan was not born — he awakened, centuries ago, beneath the roots of the Great Oak Tree during a solstice convergence. Claimed by the land as its voice and vessel, he rose and was crowned as Verdant Liege of the Weeping Hollow, tasked with ensuring balance between unchecked growth and cruel decay. Parithan does not rule so much as influence — his word causes forests to bloom or wither, depending on his judgment. He walks barefoot through overgrown courts and forgotten temples, letting the world grow into his silence. He has never raised his voice — and never had to.
