A small crow skull is fastened to his hood, and he carries a small, silent crossbow carved with the names of his kills in multiple languages.
Backstory
Raised in the sewers beneath a major city, Nok was orphaned during a cultist purge. Taken in by an aging bounty hunter who couldn’t speak, Nok learned to communicate using mimicry, marks, and silent signals. Over time, he developed a preternatural talent for tracking beings that shouldn’t be—doppelgangers, fiends in disguise, and shapeshifters of every ilk. He understands their habits and hears what doesn’t belong. Rumors suggest he once uncovered a demon lord’s vessel while hunting a petty thief. Now he works independently, trailing strange echoes and vanishing bodies.
