To those below, she is a rumor that arrives with shadows on the ground and departs with decisions already made. She intervenes rarely, but when she does, entire conflicts pivot—not because she favors one side, but because she believes the outcome has already been decided. Those who appeal to her learn quickly: she doesn’t negotiate outcomes, only interpretations.
Appearance Description:
Serapha is tall even among her kind, her form statuesque and composed, with pale, opalescent skin that reflects the colors of the sky around her. Her hair flows in long silver-white sheets, drifting as if buoyed by unseen currents. Her eyes are storm-gray and distant, never quite focusing on the immediate moment. She wears layered robes of cloud-silk and skywoven metal that gleam softly, shifting hue with altitude and light. Every movement she makes is deliberate, graceful, and final—like a verdict delivered without anger.
Backstory:
Serapha once served as an observer of grand conflicts, tasked with recording wars and judgments from above. Over centuries, her role shifted from witness to curator of inevitability. She came to believe that interference is only justified when it accelerates a conclusion already written by imbalance, arrogance, or decay.
When kingdoms fortify beyond reason, when tyrants rule too long, or when heroes begin to believe themselves immune to consequence, Serapha descends—not to conquer, but to correct the narrative. She leaves behind ruins, altered borders, and the uncomfortable truth that someone was always watching.
