Sir Bellamy Greaves

Sir Bellamy Greaves

With a wink, a bow, and a roar of hooves, he makes glory look easy — until the tilt turns deadly.

Name: Sir Bellamy Greaves
Race: Human
Class/Role: Knight / Champion Duelist
Appearance: Sir Bellamy is the picture of knightly idealism, sculpted by spectacle more than battlefield. He stands over six feet tall, broad of shoulder, with sun-golden hair tied in a noble’s tail and a chiseled jaw that’s almost too perfect. His armor gleams like polished mirrors, inlaid with gold filigree and a personal crest: a crowned peacock astride crossed lances. His cape is cobalt blue and embroidered with the names of every Summer Tilt he’s won. His smile is charming but rehearsed — and if one looks closely, there’s weariness behind the eyes.

Backstory

Born the fourth son of a minor noble house, Bellamy Greaves found purpose in pageantry. While his brothers schemed and served, he jousted — and won. A champion of the Summer Tilt for four years running, he’s made a name on banners, ballads, and betting circles across the realm. Yet behind the cheers, rumors circle: a disgraced rival vanished mysteriously after their duel; a baron’s daughter bears his bastard child; and this year, a saboteur has placed a hex on Bellamy’s lance. Desperate to protect his honor and title, he’s begun looking for outside help — discreetly, of course.
