She comes not with an army—but with silence, roses, and a tide of blood. And then you're already hers.

Role in Its Society:

Once a noble and prophetess of an ancient court, Sire Elowen now rules over a crumbling blood cult from the shadowed ruins of her old chapel. She’s not a monster in hiding—she’s a queen in mourning, dragging the world down with her. Vampires whisper of her with reverence and fear. Mortals who seek immortality often come to her first… and rarely leave unchanged.

She exists beyond vampire society now, a rogue tyrant revered as a patron saint by deranged cultists, hexed warlocks, and lost souls yearning for power. She doesn't hunt out of need. She hunts to remind the world it still belongs to her.

Appearance Description:

Pale, statuesque, and draped in torn crimson velvet and black leather armor stitched with silver bone motifs. Her hair spirals in wild tangles, and her mouth stretches into an unsettling grin beneath glowing, hungry eyes. Blood stains her neckline and fingers like jewelry. Her hands end in razorlike talons, her voice is breathless and low—until the moment it rises into a banshee scream.

She wears no crown—only bones braided into her hair and chains clinking softly with each step.

Backstory:

Once a high priestess and royal arcanist of Veridya’s sunken noble houses, Elowen Raveyne fell to vampirism not as a curse, but as a choice. When her twin brother—the heir—was assassinated, Elowen made a pact in the ruins of a desecrated cathedral. She returned days later with a smile and crimson eyes… and tore down the monarchy in one moonlit massacre.

Now she broods within the Whispering Crypts, a shattered cathedral blanketed in roses and rot, where her chosen “children” sleep in blood-filled stone troughs beneath the altar.
