Appearance: Thennel wears a patched duster coat fitted with dozens of hidden pockets and vials, most lined with wax to keep their contents dry in the damp of the Sunken Ward. His skin is pale with a slight gray tinge from years spent around alchemical fumes. His hair is short, oily-black, and his eyes shimmer with an unnatural amber hue—a side effect of self-testing. He moves with caution, always one step ahead of whoever might be watching.
Backstory
Thennel grew up in the Sunken Ward of Brightcrown, raised among leaky cisterns and rusted pipelines. He learned early that official healers didn’t come to the Ward—so he became the one who knew things. At first it was medicinal tinctures, then herbal blends, then… more dangerous concoctions. These days, he’s known as Ashhook, and he’ll sell antidotes, hallucinogens, or well-dosed “accidents” depending on how desperate your need is. He doesn't kill for pleasure—just payment.
