Appearance: Yelka is short, stocky, and always dusted with soot. Her wild red hair is usually tied back beneath a welding mask or padded flight cap, and her leather coat is patchworked with blast-resistant plating and stitched rune tags. Her eyes sparkle with reckless genius. Around her belt hang flasks, wicks, strange tools, and tiny contraptions that twitch or whir on their own.
Backstory
Yelka was once an esteemed inventor in a dwarven academy until her designs for mining and demolition were stolen and militarized. After witnessing her work used to flatten an entire protest district, she torched her own lab and fled.
Now she wanders city-states and mountainholds, lending her talents to rebel factions, underground guilds, and freedom fighters. She doesn’t believe in rulers—only in catalysts. And if someone tries to shut her up, they’d better be fireproof.
