Thrazgral - The Balor

Role in Its Society:

Thrazgral is a general of the Abyssal legions, an enforcer for demon princes, and a warlord in his own right. Among fiends, it is feared not only for its strength, but for its ruthless efficiency—campaigns led by Thrazgral do not end until every foe is ash. It does not linger in one realm long, preferring to break worlds and move on, but when bound to the Material Plane, it wages war until banished or destroyed.

Appearance Description:

Thrazgral stands over twelve feet tall, its humanoid form sheathed in corded muscle and burning skin. Vast batlike wings spread from its back, trailing embers in their wake. Its eyes are molten pits, its mouth filled with jagged fangs, and its whip and sword glow with infernal heat. The scent of brimstone clings to its every motion, and ash falls like snow wherever it passes.

Backstory:

It is said Thrazgral was forged in the fires of the Infinite Battlefield, tempered in the blood of fallen angels. It has led crusades for multiple demon princes, but serves none for long—its loyalty is to carnage itself. Its most infamous campaign was the Burning of Elystria, where it reduced an entire floating city to drifting slag over three days of unending battle. Now, bound to the Material Plane by a desperate cult, Thrazgral ’s presence threatens to ignite another age of fire.
